  • Yes! Shipping is included in your monthly subscription price. We send all mail club packages via USPS First-Class Mail. Delivery usually takes about 1–3 weeks and does not include tracking. This helps keep the club affordable—and keeps the magic of snail mail alive. Your happy mail arrives when it arrives ✨

  • Your first package will be sent the month after you sign up. We mail all monthly packages on the 1st. For example, if you join on February 2nd, your first envelope will be March’s stationery, mailed on March 1st.

  • Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar day you signed up. If you join early in the month, you might see more than one charge before your first package arrives. Don’t worry—each charge matches a month of stationery, and you’ll receive every package you’ve paid for.

  • Absolutely. You can update your payment method or shipping address anytime using this link. To pause or cancel your subscription, just send us an email. Please reach out by the 25th of the month before you want the change to take effect, so we can adjust things before the next round of packages are prepared.

  • If a payment doesn’t go through, it will automatically retry three days later using the payment method on file.
